Effects of chronic urticaria on ovarian reserve

Aims: To evaluate the ovarian reserve in women with chronic urticaria (CU).
 Methods: Thirty CU and twenty nine healthy controls were enrolled this study. Serum levels of anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH), follicle-stimulating (FSH), estradiol (E2), luteinizing (LH) measured on cycle day 2. All patients underwent transvaginal ultrasonographic examination second their menstrual to assess Antral Follicle Count (AFC) volume (OV). The disease activity was control test (UCT) score (UAS).
 Results: Women had significantly lower concentrations AMH, AFC, E2 than controls. Additionally, total AFC group. UAS UCT positively associated FSH negatively OV.
 Conclusion: This is first prospective controlled study examine CU. In study, we found that reduced may affect but mechanism effect unclear.
